Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses
Delivery Time
As all orders must be processed before they can be shipped, Dress Showcase's Total Delivery Time is splited into two parts: Processing Time, and Shipping Time. The processing time, which is taken to tailor your dress from scratch, and the shipping time taken for the finished dresses to be shipped to your doorway. Please make reference to the following time when you make you selection.
Wedding Dresses
It will take 17 days to tailor your dresses by our master dressmakers. And then it will take about 3 - 8 working days for the package travel from our sourcing center to your doorway. The accurate shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.
Formal Dresses
It will take 15 days to tailor your dresses by our master dressmakers. Also it will take about 3 - 8 working days for the package travel from our sourcing center to your doorway. The accurate shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.
Designer Dresses
It will take 17 days tailor your dresses by our master dressmakers because it's specially designed by our innovative designers. Also it will take about 3 - 8 working days for the package travel from our sourcing center to your doorway. The accurate shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.
Return Policy for Replacement and Refund
Please note that If you want to return the item, you need to contact our customer service within 7 days from the day you received the package. We only accept dresses in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please also provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
1. Quality Issues:
Quality problem should refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. The problems related to material difference from the buyer's imagination or when buyers wears the product but it's not so beautiful enough as their expectation ect. We will not regard them as the quality problem.
If our staff finds that the returned merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price excluding the shipping and handling fees.
If we find that the returned merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you (if you require)with no refund.
2. Color Errors:
Color aberration always exists due to the color effect by pc monitor and weather condition, so it can't be regarded as a quality problem. However, If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund excluding the shipping and handling fees. (Please purchase our fabric swatch for confirmation before ordering your dress.)
3. Size Errors:
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1-2" cm either direction of specified measurements.
Order Cancellations
All dress orders which are cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund(excluding the shipping and handling fees). Please understand that we probably have started taloring your dress in 24 hours after the purchase. Thus, if you want to cancel the order after 24 hours, please contact our customer service. You'll have to be deducted of the material cost, which depends on processing degree.
